Hi, I’m Carrie — a former food addict turned holistic health wellness and food freedom coach.

For most of my life, I felt completely trapped in my body.


I was stuck in cycles of binge eating, dieting, shame, and hopelessness—watching life from the sidelines while silently screaming for a way out.

I know what it’s like to try everything… and still feel like nothing works.
To be exhausted by the constant tug-of-war with food.


To want to get healthy so badly—but feel like you’re failing over and over again.

At my highest weight, I was over 500 pounds. Today, I’ve lost 200—and I’m still on the journey.

But the biggest transformation?
It’s not just my size.
It’s the peace I feel around food, the joy I’ve found in movement, and the belief that I deserve a vibrant, long, healthy life.

It's essential to remember that sustainable weight loss is a gradual process. Our focus is on helping you make long-term changes to your lifestyle rather than promoting quick fixes.

Many of our clients start noticing positive changes within the first few weeks, such as increased energy levels and improved mood. However, significant weight loss typically takes several months of consistent effort.

Do I need to follow a specific diet plan, or can I continue eating the foods I enjoy?

We believe in flexibility and understanding that everyone has different preferences and dietary requirements.

While there are many ways to approach healthy eating, I recommend following a whole food, plant-based diet that is free from salt, refined sugar, and oil. This approach, based on the principles of Dr. Joel Fuhrman’s Nutritarian diet, focuses on nutrient-dense foods that nourish your body and promote long-term health.

This type of diet helps reduce inflammation, supports weight loss, and improves overall well-being, without the need for calorie counting or restrictive measures. It’s about nourishing your body with the foods it thrives on and learning how to build healthy, sustainable habits.

That being said, this is not a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s not just about the food—it’s about creating a lifestyle that supports your unique goals, mindset, and well-being.
